Strategy is clear, but progress keeps stalling.
For organizations with vision, budget and technology, yet uneven adoption, fragmented ownership or internal resistance.
Strategy / Creativity / Digital Delivery
I help leaders across AEC, infrastructure, manufacturing, government and creative industries turn complexity into strategy, capability and disciplined action.
Transformation begins when leadership reads the organization, its context and the work that must actually change.
Creativity gives strategy a form people can understand; discipline gives that form a way to operate.
Digital capabilities create possibility. Culture, governance and ownership decide whether that possibility becomes practice.
Organizations are stronger when they move like a pack: aligned, adaptive and aware of the terrain.
This is my boutique practice in The Art of Transformation: personal in judgment, modular in response and disciplined in execution.
Strategic moment
Bring me in when transformation is strategically important, delivery-critical or culturally resisted — especially when digital capabilities, BIM-enabled work or intelligent tools are creating decisions the organization is not yet ready to govern.
For organizations with vision, budget and technology, yet uneven adoption, fragmented ownership or internal resistance.
For leaders who need BIM, information management, AI or software initiatives to become governable, useful and teachable.
For studios, agencies, cultural institutions and design-led organizations that want to protect authorship while improving rhythm and decision quality.
For CEOs, founders and directors who need confidential strategic reading before committing people, budget or reputation.
Offerings
Each engagement is bespoke, shaped around the organization's context, ambition and constraints. The offerings below describe possible areas of work; the actual engagement begins by clarifying the problem, the decision context and the opportunity worth pursuing.
For organizations that need BIM, ISO 19650, data, AI and software opportunities connected to governance, roles and decision routines.

I work with a modular and non-linear method because real organizations rarely reveal themselves in order. I read the core challenge first, then activate the right depth of response, using enhanced analysis when it sharpens the work. The balance is deliberate: enough structure to create traction, enough flexibility to respect the context.
Defines what success must mean before the organization commits energy, budget and attention to the wrong target.
Reads resistance, incentives and informal power dynamics so adoption is designed around how people actually decide and behave.
Reframes the problem when the first formulation is too narrow, too tool-driven or too politically convenient. Enhanced knowledge work can support this reading by structuring signals and mapping patterns.
Tests ideas, workflows and AI-assisted practices before wider adoption, turning assumptions into evidence and reducing the cost of confident mistakes.
Builds the rituals, conditions and practical capability for the client to continue after the engagement ends, including intelligent workflow fluency when it is useful.
Creative discipline
Good discipline protects creative work. The right structure safeguards authorship, sharpens decisions and gives talent more room to do the work that matters.
Keep the creative, cultural or strategic identity intact while the organization grows, digitizes or changes.
Make decisions, workflows, ownership and review cycles easier to understand so people spend less energy navigating avoidable confusion.
Turn ambition into repeatable practice through rituals, workflow design, capability transfer and lightweight governance when it is useful.
Proof of practice
Established professional experience since 1996 across built-environment, institutional and creative contexts — shaped by architecture, digital delivery, intelligent workflows, public institutions, education and creative practice.
I worked with CEOs, founders and senior teams to turn vision into execution, combining strategic discipline, creative intelligence and organizational alignment.
About
Rōgun is written 狼群: 狼 means wolf, and 群 means group, pack or collective.
Rōgun is an uncommon word in Japanese. I use it intentionally as a constructed concept: the focused capability of the individual wolf organized through the intelligence, range and protection of the pack.
For me, Rōgun is a way of working. One clear mind stays close to the client, reads the organization, frames the decision and activates the right network of specialists when the challenge demands it.
Rōgun Creative Consulting is my practice at the intersection of digital transformation, BIM strategy, organizational change and creative direction. It connects digital delivery, creative judgment and human organizations so transformation can become visible, usable and measurable.
The result is a boutique consulting model with expanded response capacity: personal in judgment, modular in response and designed to build internal capability without creating dependency.
